SHIPPING INFORMATION – COVID-19

Pick-up and delivery services in the areas most affected by the COVID-19 emergency are slower than usual. Shipments are delivered without requiring a signature.

Delivery method

Cincinnato.it delivers its products through specialized couriers. Shipping costs are usually borne by the customer and are shown clearly at the time of placing the order. Depending on the destination area of the goods, deliveries may require anything from 48 hours to 5 days, unless there are complications (but within thirty days at most from the order date). Upon receipt of the goods, customers are required to verify their integrity and if in doubt for any reason, should specify it on the delivery note. The customer has 14 working days to verify the integrity of the goods and inform in writing of any issues by sending an e-mail to info@cincinnato.it.

Right of withdrawal

Purchases on the Cincinnato.it e-store are subject to Italian Decree Law 206/2005, which guarantees right of withdrawal. The returned products must be intact, and even better if in the original packaging. Damaged or spoiled products are not subject to right of withdrawal. This right is reserved for natural persons and retailers are therefore excluded.

In order to exercise this right, the customer must:

• Send an email to info@cincinnato.it within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, indicating:

• invoice number

• order number

• date of order

• Indicate the product or products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal, adding the item code, and your bank details (IBAN), which we will use for the refund, then wait for our return authorization email.

• within 15 days of receipt of our return authorization email, at your expense you can return the products subject to withdrawal to the following address: Cincinnato Coop. Agr. a.r.l. – Via Cori – Cisterna, Km 2 04010 Cori (LT)

Cincinnato.it will refund the products, compliant with right of withdrawal, within 14 working days of receipt of the goods. This refund does not include shipping costs, in accordance with Article 5 of Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22/05/1999. In general, legal provisions apply to distance purchase contracts, even if not expressly declared. Any dispute is subject to Italian jurisdiction, in particular: the purchase contract between the customer and cincinnato.it is understood to have been agreed in Italy and regulated by Italian law. For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the agreed distance purchase contract, if the customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the court of reference of their municipality of residence; in all other cases, the jurisdiction is with the Courts of Latina (province of Latina).
